The addition of chromium (Cr – 15%) and molybdenum (Mo -0.8%) to the steel composition makes it possible to obtain the necessary hardness and strength. The blade is made by complex processing of steel, during which hardening (heating of the blade), cooling (from 50 to -196 degrees), hardening takes place. This increases the elasticity of steel – for a longer and more efficient life of the knife.
Handle: Ergonomic, anti-slip with Microban anti-microbial coating, no slots between blade and handle. Microban ® is a technology for the production of materials with antibacterial and antifungal properties. The anatomical and ergonomic handle ensures safety during use. Has high impact resistance.
