Exchange Policy for defective product
🚩 All products must be checked on delivery and delivery note must be signed after verification has been done.
🚩 For defective products detected after use, an email must be sent immediately to our Customer Service Department on complaints@mybazaar.mu or call on our Hotline within 48 hours and customer must arranged to bring the product to our store within 7 days.
🚩 If the original defective product is out of stock, the product will be exchanged for other product in stock or a refund will be made.
🚩Returned items must have their Invoices and be returned in original product packaging.
🚩If packaging is damaged, then no exchange will be possible unfortunately.
